F.O.C.U.S.( the How-to step to stay Focus)_ my version

Assalammualaikum & Good Evening everyone,

After for awhile being busy,i've decided to start writing again..this time around  I will be sharing those theories and stuff I've learned so that more people will find it useful reading my blog*in shaa ALLAH*

Anyway, let's talk about focus. I'm sure most of you out there have some goal or target that you set for like a year..say for example a new year resolutions and etc,right? The problem  with most people is that they sometimes lost their focus along the way.What should we do to stay focus?Here's are few tips that might help you to stay focus.* I gathered these useful tips from my experiences,learning,reading and discussing with my closest friends*

1) Make sure your goal consists of S.M.A.R.T

S- Specific, or terperinci. ( eg:- instead of putting stay healthy as a goal, you should put it this way exercise 3times a week, for minimum 20minutes )

M-Measurable, boleh diukur ( contohnya, my goal is to lose 20kg ) see?boleh diukur kan? katakan anda telah berjaya  kurangkan 10kg dalam masa 5bulan, secara purata anda telah kurangkan 2kg dalam  masa sebulan, lebih mudah diukur bukan, In order to lose 20kgs you need atleast 10months, in which in average you'll lose 2kg per month,500gm per week. Now, that sound achievable right?

Attainable/ Achievable, or boleh dicapai ( using the above sama example, your goal should be the one that can be achievable, 500gm to lose in a week is an example for an achievable goal , after all you need to lose 100gm a day)

Reliable/realistic  ( Your goal should be realistic in the sense that you yourself can believe that you can achieve the goal. Contoh matlamat yang tak realistik adalah mengurangkan 10kg dalam masa seminggu* without having a correct diet plan and exercise)

Time frame, atau tempoh masa tertentu- ( eg: the goal is to lose 20kgs by December 2013 ) that goal is specific and have the time frame.

So friends, for those who have lost their focus and goal..try to think the REASON why you started in the first place.Then you'll stay motivated..of course we might lose our focus along the way, but you have to make sure you have a friend/support group/team that can always recharge your energy and make you stay motivated.
