F.O.C.U.S.( the How-to step to stay Focus)_ my version

Assalammualaikum & Good Evening everyone,

After for awhile being busy,i've decided to start writing again..this time around  I will be sharing those theories and stuff I've learned so that more people will find it useful reading my blog*in shaa ALLAH*

Anyway, let's talk about focus. I'm sure most of you out there have some goal or target that you set for like a year..say for example a new year resolutions and etc,right? The problem  with most people is that they sometimes lost their focus along the way.What should we do to stay focus?Here's are few tips that might help you to stay focus.* I gathered these useful tips from my experiences,learning,reading and discussing with my closest friends*

1) Make sure your goal consists of S.M.A.R.T

S- Specific, or terperinci. ( eg:- instead of putting stay healthy as a goal, you should put it this way exercise 3times a week, for minimum 20minutes )

M-Measurable, boleh diukur ( contohnya, my goal is to lose 20kg ) see?boleh diukur kan? katakan anda telah berjaya  kurangkan 10kg dalam masa 5bulan, secara purata anda telah kurangkan 2kg dalam  masa sebulan, lebih mudah diukur bukan, In order to lose 20kgs you need atleast 10months, in which in average you'll lose 2kg per month,500gm per week. Now, that sound achievable right?

Attainable/ Achievable, or boleh dicapai ( using the above sama example, your goal should be the one that can be achievable, 500gm to lose in a week is an example for an achievable goal , after all you need to lose 100gm a day)

Reliable/realistic  ( Your goal should be realistic in the sense that you yourself can believe that you can achieve the goal. Contoh matlamat yang tak realistik adalah mengurangkan 10kg dalam masa seminggu* without having a correct diet plan and exercise)

Time frame, atau tempoh masa tertentu- ( eg: the goal is to lose 20kgs by December 2013 ) that goal is specific and have the time frame.

So friends, for those who have lost their focus and goal..try to think the REASON why you started in the first place.Then you'll stay motivated..of course we might lose our focus along the way, but you have to make sure you have a friend/support group/team that can always recharge your energy and make you stay motivated.

Healthy_How to define it

assalammualaikum and a very good morning everyone..tetiba je post di pagi hari ni kan?anyways, I've read this somewhere in my healthy-thingy community yesterday and decided to SHARE these with you..* yes,you the who's reading this * wink wink..

Sangatlah susah menjadi working mum+ working wife+ career women and etc,etc..* the list will go on and on,..n  on...* Mothers took care about everything at home, daripada sekecik-kecik stok susu,pampers.shower gel, ubat gigi to sebesar-besar stok groceries,etc dalam fridge..atleast that's for me.So who'll take care of the MOTHER/WIFE?? That is why we( women,mother,wife) got to be the real superheroes..haha

So here's are the ways to define whether you are healthy or the other way around mommies:-

1) Sleep, tido yang mencukupi

of course being an adult requires lesser sleep, than teenagers..Kajian menunjukkan tidur yang sesuai bagi mereka yang berumur 18-21 tahun adalah selama 8 jam, while those in the age ranging from 22 and above need about 7 hours of quality sleep..Please bear in mind oversleep are soooo not advisable, bukan sahaja tidak produktif malah Islam juga tidak menggalakkan kita tidur berlebihan keranan boleh meletihkan badan.Ya, tido yang tidak mencukupi boleh menyebabkan risiko pneyakit kronik 3 serangkai, please make sure you had enough rest/sleep/

2) Aktiviti fizikal atau bahasa mudahnya senaman

It is advisable to have 150 minutes of moderate workout per week( simple aerobic, or workout). Kalau pon tak boleh buat 30minit a day, atleast buat 10mins pon dah cukup bagus..So let's move that bum bum ladies..hehehe

3) Watch your BMI

BMI yang bagus dan cantek adalah daripada 18.5 to 24.9, so for those who have below that range or above the range,..please watch your diet...yang below tu have to make sure they have the normal weight la,..whereas yang over the range tu macam saya kenalah work out on reducing the BMI..my current BMI is showing that i'm overweight so, memang kena berusaha towards achieving my targeted size this  RAYA..


4) Quit smoking

Merokok juga salah satu sebab dan punca penyakit jantung, n etc..senang cakap,kalau merokok skrg kena consider utk quit since it's bad for your health..owh,..btw merosakkan badan dengan benda yang buruk tak elok adalah tidak dibenarkan sama sekali dalam Islam


5) Alkohol, Say NO

Bagi muslim, ALCOHOLIC drinks/etc is definitely a big NO.Rasanya takde masalah untuk comply to this.

I was, together with my diet group planned on going for carbo diet before Ramadhan.. carbo lah sangat kan? Ahaks..unfortunately carbo diet itu telah menjadi sejarah..sebab there's sooooo many tempting makan2 invitation going on this June..Because of that,I tried to consume as much as healthy food as possible bila duk umah..so here's are the some of the my breakfast or dinner sometimes my lunches. .

The power of G.I.V.I.N.G

assalammualaikum everyone..okay, I was supposed to update my blog like everyday but it turns out the other way around,anyway..it's been almost a month now..

We're approaching Sya'aban, and that means we're almost near to Ramadhan n Syawal *it's a bit too much to talk about Raya*..tonight I would love to share about some topics that most of us already known, but we often take this for granted..

Have you ever been in the situation where you have just enough of resources/money/or food and at the same time your friend/colleague/neighbour or even your spouse is facing the same difficulties?Also when there's just enough money to spend for the rest of the month when someone knocked on your door asking for charity, of course being in that situation you might turn that down and let them pass without even giving them any single cents from your pocket since you think you yourself have is 'suffering'?

Well, of course being like almost everyone in this world..we usually donate when we have lotsssss of money or we only plan to donate or do charity when we have lotssss?? Right? I've been to like 4 motivation/self development/business marketing classes. I've learnt that THE MORE WE GIVE THE MORE WE GET BACK,.Does that sound familiar to you? If yes,then you might have attended in one of those classes that I've attended.*high 5 sket*LOL

And haaaaa..the best that you donate/give charity when you are at your worst..hahahah* kinda strange but that's what I've learnt as well*..you see ALLAH will give more of what you asked from HIM when you GIVE to NEEDY at the times that you cannot even imagine yourself having no money to spent with..this has happened to me once, and since then I BELIEVE that the more I GAVE the MORE i'll GET..I had my last few hundred bucks in my account when I saw this 1 posts in my FB asking for a donation for this surau renovation. At that time I was thinking of just ignoring the post, but I could not resist to give some though I have so little money. But I TRUELY BELIEVE that there'll be more rezki for me than this few hundred bucks.Then I just did it..i gave up most of the last few hundred for charity.

ALHAMDULLILAH..to my surprise, I made my sales after that..just after I did that..i was so thankful to ALLAH for open my heart and I am now BELIEVE that if I want MORE( anything) I have TO GIVE MORE..and that what I have practised so far,..and I am now SHARE this so that you can GIVE MORE too. Don't be afraid to GIVE MORE, because ALLAH will REWARD you MORE.Trust me!

p/s: Try to activate your GIVING mode by making the GIVING as a weekly routine as a start..* I did that too * sooner it will become a habit..a GOOD ONES (^_^)v

Ahlan Wa Sahlan Ya Rejab

Assalamualaikum everyone, I've finally trying to keep my promise..yup! it's hard but I still try to fulfil my ultimate resolutions that is to update my blog, regularly..

Anyways, why is the title sounded like that?the reason being that as we speak* do we really speak?? okay,..as i'm writing we're now in the month of Rejab,which means..approximately about less than 2mths before Ramadhan* can't wait!* yay!!!Apart from busy performing puasa ganti* especially for kakak2,adik2 and macik2,most of us maybe struggling to ganti puasa every now and then before Ramadhan* owh,..and haaa trust me, this is the BEST TIME to actually help you to lose some kgs..

Okay, reason why i'm like super HAPPY and definitely CAN'T WAIT for RAMADHAN this year is that this is actually my first fasting month with HERBALIFE..* sorry bout the super sized fonts* Anyhow, it's said that fasting month is the most anticipated and most awaiting month for those people who are trying to shed some pounds or kgs..as you all know, when it comes to RAmadhan, our body tend to be losing some water, since we do not eat the whole day starting after the sahoor. _please note that we'll still be losing some weight if we omit those fancy break-fast offers buffet at some famous Hotels which offers you more than 50% off,..*enough of that, so please,please,please guys..just control your what ever overeating and revenge thingys when it comes to break-fast*

I'm currently try to puasa ganti plus the practising to consume only F1+F3 shakes for sahoor. It did that once, ALHAMDULILAH, I do not feel sleepy during lunch time and of course my tummy started to sing after Asar.*of course la, since it's nearly break- fast time*

So here I am writing and sharing my own experience to you guys..n ya,i've actually added NW Formula to daily intake..apparently other than helping our heart functing at their best it also gives some sort of energy and replacing the dead cells within your body..

5 kilograms and counting..

Assalammualaikum and a very good day to all,..it's a very important day to all Malaysian today, as today marks the 13th GE.a very controversial yet most anticipating ones I guess,atleast for me.

Since I've done my part as a Malaysian, I would love to share my latest progress..walaupon not really a big deal for those who have lost like 20kgs..still tak salah share kan?atleast it can motivates those who are in their weight lose journey,right?

Anyway,till date I've lost 5kilo grams..Saya mula serious consume HERBBALIFE Mac 2013..in one month from mac till april..I've lost 4kilos..up till now I've lost 5kgs n still counting since I'm still in my program..

My target is to lose atleast 20 kilos more...say what??? yes,you heard me..it's TWENTY KILOGRAMS saying..* before HERBALIFE,to lose even 1kg is almost impossible..sebab saya dah tak setabah dulu* but now, in shaa ALLAH dengan pemakanan nutrisi yang BETUL saya rasa it's sooo achievable okay?

Praying for Atleast I can wear my M size kebayas, kurungs and all this coming raya*ameen*

Why Herbalife? Why Not Herbalife?

Assalammualaikum and  a very good day to all

Alhamdulilah, I finally manage to write again..cewah! selepas beberapa bulan menyepi,and of course lots of changes and transition..now i'm writing again*let's just hope this time I'll be consistently update my blog,ameen*

Anyhow, I would like to share a lil bit information about HERBALIFE. Kenapa nak kongsi pasal HERBALIFE ni?Well, fyi i'm currently on my weight loss programme..oh! yes, trying to lose not much...about 20++kgs.. GOSH! it's like almost impossible to lose 20++kgs before this..until i SERIOUSLY CONSUME herbalife nutrition. Sorry have to bold the words seriously consume.

I started consume herbalife back then in 2011, just before i got married..you know, the all-i-want-to-look good on my wedding days thingy..hahaha.. anyway,masa sebelum kawin tu i was 50 something..not even 60kg okay..then consuming herbalife was like additional support in losing weight apart from gym-ing like crazy in a month..okay, saya betul-betul struggle to lose n maintain my weight back then sebab i'm a kind of person that love food,of course not to mention eating a lot,..

Then i got married, n pregnant..you can refer to my previous entries about my pregnancy,n how bad my morning sickness was.Selepas selamat melahirkan my most precious gems *other than my wedding ring,i began to lose weight during my confinement..i lost about 13kgs..Oh,haa i consumed herbalife F1 during my final trimester pregnancy,..before i know it..Habis saja pantang, saya dah 'balas dendam' kesumat semua yang dipantangkan masa berpantang..

Thanks to my non-stop and unconscious mind, saya mula makan semuanya.all those Nasi Lemak,oily food and such..n i'm totally discontinued my herbalife intake..*sesetengah kawan-kawan,kawan kepada kawan yang claimed that once she/he stopped consuming herbalife she/he gained her/his weight back,sometimes even doubled his/her weight before* yes, i agreed to that even i gained weight too. but..that's not because HERBALIFE my dear..

Okay, say u tengah consume herbalife/ or  u r in any other weight loss programme, you akan sedaya upaya try to cut off every calorie, or junk food or calorized drinks..right? of course that will help you lose weight faster n more..plus the effective of HERBALIFE products/ or any other supplement/or programme that you are in..

But when you are not in weight loss programme or not consuming any weight loss product..semua makanan awak akan makan kan?sometimes awak akan makan berkali2 sebab sedap sangat,*not sure bout you, but that's me..*

Itu yang berlaku pada saya, selama 6bulan lepas gave birth, saya memang tak pantang makan LANGSUNG,  reason being adalah sebab kununnya nak 'qada'  balik semua yang tak boleh makan selama 45hari itu*which is sooo not good,please don't try this*.
